There a but a few places on the planet that are as powerful, refreshing, invigorating, and replenishing than standing beneath a waterfall. The source of life - water, and in the jungle where the constant flow and mist are feeding the surrounding landscape. You arrive in awe and depart inspired by the life that abounds.
The waterfalls in our area are magical and plentiful. This tropical mountain paradise provides majestic waterfalls near and far. Cliff jumping, exploring the pools, discovering wildlife, and take pictures of the most idyllic falls you can imagine.
Our half day waterfall adventure is about 2.5 hours long and is considered moderate on our scale of difficulty for hiking (see below).
Our full day adventure leaves the resort at 7 AM and returns at 3:30 PM. On this day, the hiking is in the Cerro Hoyas National Park up an incredibly scenic river canyon full of birds, butterflies, monkeys, and other wildlife.
The difficulty rating is considered difficult on our scale. The reward of the waterfalls and wildlife as well as the beauty of the park make the challenge worth every footstep!
