FASTER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER

We fell in love with this land for so many reasons but as we always say; "The secret is the trees." So, we knew we had to build in a way that was different. You don't have to clear out the land to build, you just have to take your time and be careful.

So, we did. We dug the foundation by hand to minimize the damage to the tree roots and the land around us. It took longer but this way we still have our jungle and the best landscaping money cannot buy - nature. 

True, we still had and always will be an impact but we continue to reforest to provide food and shelter for the animals and make this place better than when we bought in 2011.

We don't use chemical fertilizers or anything harmful for our planting, just good ole amazing trees, flowers, and plants. We don't provide supplemental food to attract animals, just trees, flowers, and plants. 

We share, educate, inspire, and pass on the stoke to all that stay with us or work with us to see how we can live among nature and hopefully inspire others to do the same.
